USBC, Inc., formerly known as Know Labs, Inc., is a company focused on digital assets and financial services built around USBC, a U.S. dollar-backed stablecoin. Its offerings include tokenized deposits with digital identity features and rewards, operating on a permissioned blockchain ledger, and the company has also adopted a bitcoin treasury strategy.

The change in direction followed the acquisition of a controlling interest in the company by an investment vehicle led by fintech entrepreneur Greg Kidd in 2025, after which the company changed its name and ticker from Know Labs and KNW to USBC.

USBC retains a legacy technology business from Know Labs based on radio frequency dielectric spectroscopy for non-invasive material identification, including the Bio-RFID and ChromaID platforms. The company is headquartered in Reno, Nevada, and its shares trade on NYSE American.
