VanEck Consumer Staples TruSector ETF (TRUO)

The VanEck Consumer Staples TruSector ETF (TRUO) is part of VanEck's TruSector series of U.S. sector funds. It invests in consumer staples companies, such as makers of food, beverages, tobacco and household and personal care products, as well as grocery and discount retailers.

Following the series' rules-based methodology, the fund aims to provide a more representative view of the sector than conventional cap-weighted funds concentrated in a few large names. The ETF is sponsored by VanEck and is listed on the Nasdaq.
