Tactical Resources Corp. (TREO)

Tactical Resources Corp. is a Vancouver-based rare earth elements developer focused on supplying critical minerals in North America. Its principal asset is the Peak project in West Texas, southeast of El Paso, which centers on rare earth-enriched tailings and stockpiled material associated with the Sierra Blanca quarry.

Rather than relying on conventional hard-rock mining, Tactical plans to process previously crushed stockpiles and tailings, with an emphasis on recovering heavy rare earths such as dysprosium, terbium and yttrium that are used in permanent magnets and other high-technology applications. The company has advanced pilot-scale processing work and is evaluating leaching-based extraction methods that could simplify processing.

Tactical Resources previously traded on the TSX Venture Exchange and moved its listing to Nasdaq in 2026 through a business combination with the special purpose acquisition company Plum Acquisition Corp. III.
