USA Rare Earth, Inc. (USAR)

USA Rare Earth, Inc. is building a domestic supply chain for rare earth permanent magnets, which are used in electric vehicles, wind turbines, consumer electronics, robotics, data centers and defense systems. The company aims to reduce U.S. reliance on imported magnets and rare earth materials.

Its main operating project is a facility in Stillwater, Oklahoma, designed to manufacture neodymium-iron-boron magnets. The company also controls the Round Top deposit in Hudspeth County, Texas, a resource containing heavy and light rare earth elements and other critical minerals that it plans to develop as a long-term source of feedstock. USA Rare Earth has also expanded into rare earth metal and alloy production.

The company became publicly traded on Nasdaq in 2025 through a business combination with the special purpose acquisition company Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. II.
