TON Strategy Company (TONX)

TON Strategy Company, formerly known as Verb Technology Company, is a Nasdaq-listed company whose central strategy is holding Toncoin, the native digital asset of The Open Network (TON) blockchain, as its primary treasury reserve asset. The company adopted this approach in 2025 and changed its name and ticker to reflect the shift.

The Open Network is a layer-one blockchain originally associated with the Telegram messaging platform, and Toncoin is used for transaction fees, staking and applications built on that network. TON Strategy seeks to accumulate the token and to participate in the network, including through staking, giving public-market investors indirect exposure to the TON ecosystem.

Before its pivot, Verb Technology developed software for video-based commerce and livestream shopping, and some of those legacy operations have been carried alongside the treasury strategy.
