T1 Energy Inc. is an energy solutions company focused on building a domestic solar manufacturing supply chain in the United States. The company was formerly known as FREYR Battery, which originally pursued battery cell production, and it adopted the T1 Energy name in 2025 after redirecting its strategy toward solar. It is headquartered in Austin, Texas.

T1 Energy produces solar photovoltaic modules at its G1 manufacturing facility in the Dallas area, acquired from Trina Solar, and is developing a solar cell manufacturing facility in Texas to supply its module production with U.S.-made cells.

The company sells solar modules to utility-scale developers and other customers in the U.S. market, and also explores opportunities in battery energy storage and related technologies. Its common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker TE.
