F/m Emerald Special Situations ETF (SPIT)

The F/m Emerald Special Situations ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund offered through F/m Investments with Emerald Advisers as subadviser. It focuses on U.S. companies undergoing special situations, events or changes that the managers believe can unlock value.

Special situations can include corporate restructurings, spin-offs, management changes, mergers, new product cycles or other catalysts. Emerald's team applies fundamental research to identify such opportunities, often among small and mid-sized companies. Because the strategy is driven by stock selection rather than an index, its holdings can differ substantially from broad market benchmarks. The fund is listed on the Nasdaq.
