SPAC and New Issue ETF (SPCK)

The SPAC and New Issue ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund focused on special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) and recently listed stocks. It seeks to capture opportunities that arise around new listings, including SPAC units and shares as well as companies that have recently completed initial public offerings or de-SPAC mergers.

The fund's portfolio managers select positions across these early-stage public companies rather than tracking a fixed index, so holdings can shift as new issues come to market and older ones mature.
