Brera Holdings PLC (SLMT)

Brera Holdings PLC is an Ireland-incorporated company. It began as a holding company for sports clubs, most notably the Milan-based amateur football club Brera Calcio, along with stakes in clubs in other countries.

In 2025 the company changed direction, announcing a digital asset treasury strategy built around the Solana blockchain and adopting the Solmate name and the ticker SLMT. Under this strategy, it holds and stakes Solana tokens and develops related infrastructure. Its Class B ordinary shares trade on the Nasdaq.
