The Corgi U.S. Small-Cap 15% Structured Buffer ETF - May Series is a defined-outcome exchange-traded fund offering exposure to U.S. small-capitalization stocks along with a buffer against part of the downside. The strategy is designed to absorb approximately the first 15% of losses in its small-cap reference asset over an outcome period that resets each May.

Like other buffer products, the fund generally uses a combination of options to create its payoff profile, and in exchange for the downside buffer, gains over each outcome period are typically capped at a level set at the start of the period.
