About SCAU

The Corgi U.S. Small-Cap 15% Structured Buffer ETF - August Series (SCAU) is a defined outcome ETF sponsored by Corgi. It seeks to track the price return of U.S. small-capitalization stocks up to an upside cap, while protecting against the first 15% of losses over a twelve-month outcome period that starts in August.

The fund creates this structure with a combination of options on a U.S. small-cap equity benchmark. The buffer absorbs declines up to 15% over the full period, while losses beyond that level are borne by shareholders and gains above the cap are given up.

The cap is reset at the start of each new outcome period. Shareholders who buy in after the period begins may face a different remaining cap and buffer than those set on the first day.
