About RSBA

The Return Stacked Bonds & Merger Arbitrage ETF (RSBA) seeks to combine exposure to the U.S. investment-grade bond market with a merger arbitrage strategy.

The core bond exposure is obtained largely through U.S. Treasury futures and fixed income ETFs. On top of that, the fund runs a merger arbitrage sleeve that buys shares of companies subject to announced acquisitions and may short the shares of acquirers, aiming to capture the spread between the deal price and the market price.

Return Stacked ETFs, developed by Newfound Research and ReSolve Asset Management and offered through Tidal, use leverage to layer two return sources in a single fund, so that each dollar invested provides roughly one dollar of exposure to each strategy.
