Residential and Multisector Real Estate ETF logo The Residential and Multisector Real Estate ETF (REZ) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the performance of the FTSE NAREIT All Residential Capped Index. The index includes real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other companies that own and operate residential properties, including single-family homes, apartments, and manufactured housing.
