Rising Dragon Acquisition Corp. (RDAC)

Rising Dragon Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company, whose ordinary shares trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker RDAC. It was formed to raise capital through an initial public offering and then combine with one or more operating businesses through a merger, share exchange or similar transaction.

The company has no operations of its own, and offering proceeds are held in a trust account until a business combination is completed or shareholders are repaid.
