The Innovator U.S. Small Cap 10 Buffer ETF - Quarterly (RBUF) is a defined-outcome exchange-traded fund from Innovator ETFs that provides exposure to the Russell 2000 Index of U.S. small-cap stocks, typically through options on the iShares Russell 2000 ETF.

The fund seeks to buffer against the first 10 percent of the index's price decline over each outcome period, in exchange for an upside cap on returns. As its name indicates, the outcome periods last one quarter, after which the options are reset and a new cap is established. Returns reflect price performance only and exclude the dividends of the underlying stocks.
