The Innovator Nasdaq-100 Managed Floor ETF (ticker QFLR) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund from Innovator ETFs. It seeks to provide capital appreciation tied to the Nasdaq-100 Index while limiting losses over time through a managed options hedge.

The fund holds the stocks of the Nasdaq-100 directly and pairs them with an options overlay. The managers buy put options designed to establish a floor on losses over a rolling period and typically sell call options to help offset the cost of that protection, adjusting the overlay as markets move.
