PGIM Nasdaq-100 Buffer 12 ETF - October (PQOC)

The PGIM Nasdaq-100 Buffer 12 ETF - October is a defined-outcome fund from PGIM, the global investment management business of Prudential Financial. It is designed to track the price return of the Nasdaq-100 Index, typically through an ETF that follows that index, over a one-year outcome period that begins each October.

The fund builds its exposure with FLEX options. The strategy aims to absorb the first 12% of index losses over the outcome period, in exchange for an upside cap that is reset at the start of each new period. Returns differ from the index because dividends are not captured and because results depend on when shares are bought relative to the start of the period.

At the end of each outcome period the options are rolled into a new set, establishing a fresh buffer and cap for the next twelve months.
