PGIM Nasdaq-100 Buffer 12 ETF - July (PQJL)

The PGIM Nasdaq-100 Buffer 12 ETF - July (PQJL) is a defined outcome ETF from PGIM, part of Prudential Financial. It seeks to provide exposure to the Nasdaq-100 Index up to a cap while buffering the first 12 percent of losses over a one-year outcome period that begins each July.

The fund uses FLEX options to create this payoff. Losses beyond the buffer are borne by shareholders, and a new cap is set at the start of each outcome period. Investors purchasing during a period may not receive the full buffer or cap.
