PGIM Nasdaq-100 Buffer 12 ETF - April (PQAP)

The PGIM Nasdaq-100 Buffer 12 ETF - April (PQAP) is a defined outcome ETF from PGIM, the investment management business of Prudential Financial. It seeks to track the price return of the Nasdaq-100 Index up to a cap while buffering the first 12 percent of losses over a one-year outcome period beginning each April.

The fund uses FLEX options on the Nasdaq-100 or an ETF that tracks it. Losses beyond 12 percent are borne by investors, and the upside cap is reset at the start of each outcome period. Shareholders who buy mid-period may experience different results.
