Andretti Acquisition Corp. II (POLE)

Andretti Acquisition Corp. II is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company, sponsored by a group associated with the Andretti family of motorsport fame. It follows Andretti Acquisition Corp., an earlier blank-check vehicle from the same sponsors.

The company was formed to raise capital in a public offering and use it to complete a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition or similar business combination with one or more operating businesses. It has no operating business of its own, and the proceeds of its offering are generally held in trust until a transaction is completed or the funds are returned to shareholders.
