PGIM S&P 500 Max Buffer ETF - September (PMSE)

The PGIM S&P 500 Max Buffer ETF - September (PMSE) is a defined outcome ETF from PGIM. It seeks S&P 500 linked returns, subject to an upside cap, while aiming to protect against the full extent of index losses over a one-year outcome period that begins each September.

The fund implements this with FLEX options. Each outcome period has its own cap, set when the period starts, and investors who enter mid-period may not receive the full buffer or full cap.
