PGIM S&P 500 Max Buffer ETF - February (PMFB)

The PGIM S&P 500 Max Buffer ETF - February (PMFB) is a defined outcome ETF from PGIM, the asset management arm of Prudential Financial. It is designed to offer S&P 500 exposure with protection against the full extent of index losses over an annual outcome period that begins in February.

The fund uses FLEX options, accepting a cap on gains in return for the buffer. The cap is reset at the start of each new outcome period, and results for shareholders who enter mid-period will differ from the stated outcomes.
