The PGIM S&P 500 Max Buffer ETF - December (PMDE) is a defined outcome fund from PGIM. It seeks to track S&P 500 price returns up to a cap while providing protection against the full extent of index losses over a one-year outcome period that starts each December.

The fund relies on FLEX options to build this payoff. The upside cap is reset at the start of every new outcome period, and investors who buy during a period may not receive the full protection or full cap.
