NV5 Global, Inc. offered engineering design, asset management and geospatial data analytics to help infrastructure and building systems perform over their full life. Infrastructure services spanned resiliency, utilities and power, transportation, water, conformity assessment, land development, landscape architecture and surveying.
Building and technology services covered data centers, clean energy, commissioning, smart and digital buildings, fire and life safety, MEP engineering, owner's representation, acoustics, real estate transactions and pharmaceutical design. Its geospatial work served defense, utilities, transportation and natural resources, along with GIS and software.
Clients came from commercial, education, government, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, residential, science, sports, transportation, utility and water markets. Formerly NV5 Holdings, Inc., it took the NV5 Global name in December 2015; it was founded in 1947 and based in Hollywood, Florida.
Acuren (TIC) acquired the company on August 4, 2025, paying $15.00 in cash plus 0.9433 Acuren shares for each NVEE share. The last trade was on July 31, 2025 at $22.45.
