About Natuzzi S.p.A.
Natuzzi was founded in 1959 by Pasquale Natuzzi in southern Italy and grew into one of Italy's best-known furniture brands, particularly for leather and upholstered sofas.
On May 13, 1993, Natuzzi listed American Depositary Shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol NTZ, becoming one of the first Italian companies to list in New York.
The company sells through Natuzzi Italia and Natuzzi Editions stores and galleries worldwide. In the 2020s weak demand and losses pushed its share price and market value sharply lower, and it received repeated NYSE continued-listing notices.
On August 26, 2026, the NYSE suspended trading and started delisting proceedings. Natuzzi requested a review by a committee of the NYSE board on September 10, 2026; while the review is pending, the ADSs are expected to trade over the counter.
