Innovator Growth-100 Power Buffer ETF - June (NJUN)

The Innovator Growth-100 Power Buffer ETF - June is a defined outcome fund from Innovator Capital Management. It seeks to track the price return of the Invesco QQQ Trust, and therefore the Nasdaq-100 Index, up to a cap, while buffering against the first 15% of losses over a one-year outcome period that begins each June.

To build this payoff, the fund holds a package of FLEX options on the Invesco QQQ Trust rather than owning the underlying stocks directly. The upside cap is reset at the start of each new outcome period, so the potential gain depends on option prices at that time.

The Nasdaq-100 covers large non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market, with heavy representation from technology, communication services and consumer names. The buffer and cap apply only to shares held for the full outcome period, and the fund does not receive the dividends paid by the underlying holdings.
