The Nuveen Global Infrastructure Fund: ETF Class Shares (NGIF) is an exchange-traded share class of Nuveen's actively managed global infrastructure fund.

The fund invests in publicly traded companies around the world that own or operate infrastructure, including utilities, pipelines and midstream energy, transportation assets such as toll roads, airports and railways, and communications infrastructure such as towers and data centers.

Nuveen's portfolio managers select companies using fundamental research rather than tracking an index. Offering an ETF class alongside traditional mutual fund share classes allows investors to access the same portfolio through an exchange-listed vehicle.
