Namib Minerals (NAMM)

Namib Minerals is a mining company with gold production and exploration assets in Africa. Its ordinary shares trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker NAMM. The company became publicly listed in 2025 through a business combination with Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VI, a special purpose acquisition company.

Its main operating asset is the How Mine, an underground gold mine near Bulawayo in Zimbabwe. The company also holds additional gold properties in Zimbabwe that it intends to restart or develop, and it has exploration licenses in the Democratic Republic of the Congo aimed at battery metals such as copper and cobalt.

Namib Minerals' strategy is to expand gold output from its Zimbabwean portfolio while advancing its exploration projects toward potential development.
