Aura Minerals Inc. is a mid-tier mining company that develops and operates gold and copper mines in the Americas. Its producing operations are spread across Brazil, Honduras, and Mexico, and include open-pit gold mines in Brazil, the San Andres gold mine in Honduras, and the Aranzazu copper-gold-silver operation in Mexico.
In addition to its operating mines, Aura maintains a pipeline of development and exploration projects in Brazil and elsewhere in Latin America that it aims to bring into production over time. Revenue comes mainly from sales of gold dore and copper concentrate.
The company was previously listed in Toronto and Brazil and added a Nasdaq listing for its common shares in 2025.
