The Cambria Micro and SmallCap Shareholder Yield ETF is an actively managed equity fund from Cambria Investment Management, the firm led by Meb Faber. It focuses on U.S. micro- and small-capitalization companies that return substantial cash to shareholders.

Cambria's shareholder yield concept looks beyond dividends to include share buybacks and debt reduction, then screens for companies that also appear inexpensive and financially sound.
