Metals USA Holdings Corp. (MUSA) was a metals service center and processing company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The company provided a wide range of products and services to customers in various industries, including aerospace, construction, energy, transportation, and general manufacturing.

MUSA's product offerings included carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum flat-rolled and long products, as well as custom-built steel components and fabricated metal parts. The company also provided value-added processing services, such as cutting, shearing, and slitting, to meet customer requirements.

The acquisition allowed Reliance to expand its product offerings and geographic footprint, particularly in the southeastern United States where MUSA had a strong presence. The acquisition was completed in April 2013, and MUSA became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance.
