Metals USA Holdings Corp. (MUSA) was a metals service center and processing company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The company provided a wide range of products and services to customers in various industries, including aerospace, construction, energy, transportation, and general manufacturing.

MUSA's product offerings included carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum flat-rolled and long products, as well as custom-built steel components and fabricated metal parts. The company also provided value-added processing services, such as cutting, shearing, and slitting, to meet customer requirements.

In early 2013, MUSA was acquired by Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. in a transaction valued at approximately $1.2 billion. The acquisition allowed Reliance to expand its product offerings and geographic footprint, particularly in the southeastern United States where MUSA had a strong presence. The acquisition was completed in April 2013, and MUSA became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance.
