Kingsway Corporation, long known as Kingsway Financial Services, is a holding company that owns and operates a group of businesses in the United States. Its activities are organized into two main segments: extended warranty, which sells and administers vehicle service agreements, home warranties and related protection products, and the Kingsway Search Xcelerator.

The Search Xcelerator segment acquires and operates small, profitable service businesses by pairing experienced operators, often from search fund backgrounds, with companies in industries such as health care services, business services and skilled trades. Kingsway aims to grow by acquiring and holding such businesses for the long term.
