Karbon Capital Partners Corp. (KBON)

Karbon Capital Partners Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company, also called a blank-check company. It was formed to raise money through an initial public offering and use the funds held in its trust account to merge with, acquire or combine with one or more operating businesses.
