KraneShares 2x Long BIDU Daily ETF (KBDU)

The KraneShares 2x Long BIDU Daily ETF (KBDU) is a leveraged single-stock fund from Krane Funds Advisors. It seeks to deliver twice the daily performance of the U.S.-listed American depositary shares of Baidu, the Chinese internet search, cloud and artificial intelligence company.

The fund obtains leveraged exposure primarily through swaps and other derivatives and resets its leverage daily. As a result it targets daily returns only, and returns over longer holding periods can differ significantly from twice Baidu's cumulative performance.

The fund is designed for short-term trading by investors who want amplified exposure to a single company rather than a diversified portfolio.
