KraneShares 2x Long BABA Daily ETF (KBAB)

The KraneShares 2x Long BABA Daily ETF (KBAB) is a leveraged single-stock fund from Krane Funds Advisors. It seeks to return twice the daily performance of the U.S.-listed American depositary shares of Alibaba Group Holding, the Chinese e-commerce and cloud computing company.

The fund achieves its leverage mainly through swap agreements and other derivatives, and it rebalances daily. Because of this daily reset, it targets daily returns only, and its results over periods longer than one day can differ materially from twice Alibaba's cumulative return.
