FT Vest U.S. Equity Max Buffer ETF - June (JUNM)

The FT Vest U.S. Equity Max Buffer ETF - June (JUNM) is a defined-outcome fund from First Trust, sub-advised by Vest Financial. It seeks to provide returns linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust up to a cap, while aiming to buffer against the full decline of that fund over a one-year outcome period beginning in June.

The strategy is built with FLexible EXchange options. Because the buffer is intended to absorb essentially all losses in the reference fund, the upside cap is generally lower than for funds offering partial buffers.

The buffer and cap are designed for investors who hold shares through the entire outcome period. When the period ends, the fund resets with new options and a new cap for the following year.
