The Corgi U.S. Equities 10% Structured Buffer ETF - June Series (JUNC) is a defined-outcome fund in the Corgi ETF lineup. It seeks to track U.S. large-cap equity performance up to a cap, while buffering against the first 10% of losses over an outcome period that begins in June.

The fund creates this payoff with options on a broad U.S. equity benchmark rather than holding individual stocks. The upside cap is determined at the start of each outcome period based on market conditions and option pricing.

The buffer and cap apply fully only to shareholders who hold for the entire outcome period. At the end of each period, the fund resets with new options and a new cap for the next year.
