About JULC

The Corgi U.S. Equities 10% Structured Buffer ETF - July Series (JULC) is a defined-outcome fund in the Corgi ETF lineup. It seeks to track the performance of U.S. large-cap equities up to a cap, while buffering against the first 10% of losses over an outcome period that begins in July.

The fund builds this payoff with options on a broad U.S. equity benchmark rather than by holding a portfolio of individual stocks. The cap on gains is determined at the start of each outcome period and depends on option prices at that time.

The buffer and cap apply in full only to shareholders who hold from the start to the end of the outcome period. After each period ends, the fund resets with new options and a new cap for the following year.
