NEOS Real Estate High Income ETF (IYRI)

NEOS Real Estate High Income ETF is an actively managed fund from NEOS Investments that seeks to provide high monthly income together with exposure to the U.S. real estate sector.

The fund holds real estate stocks, primarily real estate investment trusts, and runs a call option-writing program on real estate exposure to collect premiums for distribution.
