Invest Green Acquisition Corporation (IGAC)

Invest Green Acquisition Corporation is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company. It was formed to raise capital through an initial public offering and use the proceeds to complete a business combination, such as a merger or share exchange, with one or more operating businesses. Its name suggests an interest in sustainability-related businesses, although a blank-check company is not necessarily limited to any one sector.
