The Corgi U.S. Equities 100% Structured Buffer ETF - September Series (HSEP) is a defined-outcome exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide exposure to the U.S. large-cap equity market up to a cap while protecting against losses over an annual outcome period.

The fund uses FLEX options on a broad U.S. equity benchmark to target a buffer against 100% of the market's price declines over an outcome period that begins in September, in exchange for an upside cap set at the start of each period. The buffer and cap apply only if shares are held for the full outcome period. The fund is sponsored by Corgi ETFs.
