The Corgi U.S. Equities 100% Structured Buffer ETF - July Series (HJLY) is a defined-outcome fund in the Corgi ETF lineup that seeks exposure to U.S. large-cap equities with protection against losses.

The fund uses an options-based structure designed to buffer 100 percent of the decline in its reference U.S. equity benchmark over a defined outcome period beginning in July, in exchange for a cap on upside participation during that period. The cap is reset when each new outcome period starts.
