The Corgi U.S. Equities 100% Structured Buffer ETF - August Series (HAUG) is a defined-outcome fund in the Corgi ETF lineup that seeks to provide exposure to U.S. large-cap equities with a buffer against losses.

The fund uses an options-based structure designed to protect against 100 percent of the decline in its reference U.S. equity benchmark over a defined outcome period that begins in August, in exchange for a cap on the upside it can capture during that period. The cap is reset at the start of each new outcome period.

Investors who buy shares partway through an outcome period may experience a different level of buffer and upside than the fund's stated parameters.
