The Free Markets ETF (FMKT)

The Free Markets ETF (FMKT) is an actively managed equity exchange-traded fund launched in 2025 and listed on NYSE Arca. It invests in U.S. stocks that the managers believe are positioned to benefit from deregulation and shifts in government policy.

The managers analyze sectors where regulatory changes may be significant, score companies on their potential to benefit from a lighter regulatory environment, and build a concentrated portfolio from the most favorable names. Exposure can include areas such as financials, energy, health care and industrials.

The fund follows a thematic, policy-driven approach rather than tracking a broad market index. Holdings are reviewed as regulatory and policy conditions evolve, and the portfolio can shift among industries accordingly.
