Firy Inc., formerly Skillz Inc., operates a mobile games platform that lets players compete against each other in skill-based tournaments. Through its Skillz platform, game developers can add real-money and virtual-prize competitions, matchmaking and social features to their mobile games and earn a share of the entry fees.

The company also operates RZR, a performance marketing platform that helps advertisers acquire, retain and monetize users across mobile apps, connected TV and other digital channels. Games on the platform are distributed through app stores and direct downloads.

Founded in 2012, the company adopted the Firy name in 2026. It is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, and its Class A common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker FIRY.
