CTW is a Tokyo-based operator of web-based gaming platforms, founded in 2013. Its Class A ordinary shares trade on Nasdaq under the ticker CTW.

The company's flagship platform, G123.jp, offers free-to-play HTML5 games that run directly in a web browser on PCs and mobile devices, without downloads, installation or mandatory registration. Many of its titles are based on licensed Japanese anime and manga properties. CTW works with game developers and rights holders by providing distribution, hosting, localization and translation, design and audio support, marketing and customer service, and it generates revenue mainly from in-game purchases made by players.
