Factorial Energy Inc. develops and manufactures solid-state and lithium-metal battery technologies. Its cells use solid or quasi-solid electrolytes in place of conventional liquid electrolytes, an approach designed to increase energy density and improve safety compared with standard lithium-ion batteries.
