properties in the United States. The company operates 23 properties in
11 states, which include casinos, hotels, and race tracks.
ERI's brands include Eldorado, Silver Legacy, Circus Circus Reno,
Mountaineer Casino, and more. The company's properties offer a variety
of gaming options, including slot machines, table games, poker rooms,
and more. They also offer a range of dining options, entertainment
venues, and hotel accommodations.
In July 2020, ERI completed a
merger with Caesars Entertainment Corporation (CZR), creating the
largest casino and entertainment company in the United States. The new
company operates under the Caesars Entertainment name and has a
portfolio of more than 55 properties worldwide.
As of September
2021, ERI operates under the Caesars Entertainment brand and is traded
on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the ticker symbol CZR.
