Embraer S.A. (EMBJ)

Embraer S.A. is a Brazilian aerospace company headquartered in Sao Jose dos Campos, in the state of Sao Paulo. Founded in 1969, it designs and manufactures commercial, executive and military aircraft.

Its Commercial Aviation segment builds regional jets, including the E-Jet family, used by airlines around the world on shorter routes. The Executive Aviation segment produces business jets under the Phenom and Praetor names. The Defense and Security segment offers military transport and attack aircraft such as the C-390 Millennium and the A-29 Super Tucano, along with defense systems. A Services and Support segment provides maintenance, parts, training and other aftermarket services.

Embraer is also the majority owner of Eve Air Mobility, which is developing electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft for urban air travel.
