Destiny Tech100 Inc. is a closed-end fund listed on the New York Stock Exchange that gives public-market investors exposure to privately held, venture-backed technology companies. Its shares began trading in 2024.

The fund's strategy is to hold a concentrated portfolio of stakes in late-stage technology companies, most of which are privately held, across areas such as space, artificial intelligence, financial technology, software and consumer internet. It typically acquires these positions through secondary transactions with existing shareholders and through special purpose vehicles.

Because many of its holdings are not publicly traded, the fund values them using periodic estimates rather than market prices, and the fund's share price can differ significantly from the estimated value of its underlying holdings. The fund is managed by Destiny Advisors.
